Identified

Engineers have identified the issue and are deploying the fix now. Another update will be posted once we have confirmed the errors in scheduled flag changes are no longer present.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing elevated error rates for users making scheduled changes to flags. Users may receive "insufficient permission to update scheduled changes" when attempting to schedule flag changes. Our team is currently investigating and will update when more information is available.
